THE DARK KNIGHT The Real Tumbler Batmobile and Bat-Pod Motorcycle plus an Interview with Aaron Eckhart

OK, Here’s a really cool video submitted by a friend of the Bat-Blog named Matthew. He works for a newspaper in the Illinois River Bend area called The Telegraph.
For their website they do short stories ( in video ) & Matt is the “video guy”. The show is called AROUND THE BEND. Recently, they went to Six Flags in St. Louis to view the original Tumbler Batmobile & Bat-Pod Motorcycle used, of course, in The Dark Knight Batman movie ( not replicas ). They got to talk to the 2 guys responsible for taking care of the vehicles. One neat thing about the “Behind The Scenes” footage of this event is the semi-truck trailer they use for transportation, to take the vehicles on tour.
The trailer has some awesome TDK graphics all over it! OK, ha ha, you know I’m a Graphic Design Bat-Nerd when I get turned on by “trailer graphics” but you’ll see what I mean, ha ha. I guess I also gotta say that I hope you don’t think I’m giving away a “spoiler” or anything it’s just that I don’t want you to miss it.
The show is hosted by Mike Montgomery & Corey Stulce. Oh yeah, one last thing, after the “Bat-Vehicle Segment” there’s a telephone interview with Aaron Eckhart ( D.A. Harvey Dent & Two-Face ) that is sort of candid, personal, very funny, & worth staying tuned for...enjoy!
