Unconfirmed Sources Report The Dark Knight Arrested in London Today
According to unconfirmed reports, Batman was arrested in London today.
Authorities will only state that they have a 34 year old man in custody for assault.
The suspect was arrested in street clothes and disguised as actor Christian Bale.

The women filed a complaint with police Monday saying the 34-year-old Batman actor assaulted them Sunday at London's swanky Dorchester Hotel.
"A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment," a Metropolitan Police spokeswoman told The Sun. "He was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody." British police do not name suspects until before they are formally charged.
The Sun quoted an unnamed police source who said authorities waited until after Dark Knight's European premiere Monday to contact Bale. "It was a very difficult situation but it would have been wrong to have wrecked the premiere over a complaint which we don't yet know is founded in truth," the source said.
Bale plays a brooding Batman opposite the late Heath Ledger's disturbing Joker in Dark Knight, which smashed a variety of Hollywood records upon its opening last weekend.
Bale has acted since an early age, playing Jim "Jamie" Graham in Steven Spielberg's Empire of the Sun at age 13. Later, he appeared American Psycho, based on Bret Easton Ellis' grisly novel about a Manhattan serial killer, and in Brad Anderson's creepy The Machinist before taking on the role of the caped crusader in Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins. He's set to play John Connor in Terminator Salvation, due out in 2009.
